- Crediting accounts
- Coordinating returns of products
- Completing return authorization forms to internal and external customers
- Managing debits/credits
- Strong communication skills
- Solution focused, intelligent, and ambitious
- Must be comfortable communicating on the phone and via email
- Attention to detail
- Strong data entry and 10 key skills
- Numerical aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
