Description: The Senior Program Owner drives sustainable solutions for end-of-life product while looking to maximize profitability via recycling, liquidation/salvage and refurbishment solutions across $100M+ worth of product coming back via Guest Returns and Excess Inventory.

•Manage strategic vendor partnerships for high-value electronics salvage/liquidations (TV's, Mobile Phones, Beats and Apple products)
•Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to explore new opportunities to increase value across other key categories with significant salvage/liquidations or electronics recycling volume
•Manage 3^rdparty relationship with electronics recycler that receives over 4 million pounds of merchandise and assets annually
•Develop knowledge and subject matter expertise related to secondary market channels to identfiy new liquidation opportunities
•Expand refurbishment capabilities for Target by partnering with key external vendors and Merchandising partners

Requirements

Four-year College Degree
4-5 yrs experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
Detail oriented
Able to work independently and drive forward key initiatives
