Do you have Accounts Payable experience? Pro Staff is recruiting a qualified candidate for a temporary position at our client company in Glenwood! Main areas of responsibility include:

• Verify and approve vouchers for payment
• Prepare invoice deduction notices
• Vendor communication and negotiation of terms
• Accounts Payable
• Reporting and analysis
• Assist with monthly closings, A/R, reception and special projects as needed

Qualified candidates have an AA in Accounting or 6+ mos. Accounting experience or a combination of related education and experience. Must be adaptable, a good problem solver, able to prioritize tasks and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements strongly preferred.
This is a day shift, temporary position expected to last a couple of months. Pay is $18/hr.
