Space Analytics: identify opportunities for improved financial health of the business through space productivity reporting & enterprise space analytics

Space Recommendations & Recapping:

    Recap Company Space programs by utilizing space analytics, total company sales, competitor insights, and store feedback to influence & develop future Company Space programs & priorities

    Leverage strong merchant & planning partnerships to prioritize Pyramid/Division needs by quarter to recommend Company Space allocation

Project Management:

    Partner with Merch Excellence Directors, Company Space Merchant & Planner Captains and Visual Merchandising to drive cross company priorities

    Coordinate/execute Company Space strategy meetings to establish business strategies and develop timing and actions. Recommend changes to improve and meet presentation guidelines

    Drive the development of special projects as needed such as new merchandising strategies in Next Gen prototype, fixture strategies, tests, etc.

    Lead and coach both Minneapolis and Bangalore Space & Presentation teams through execution of core end to end work and special projects

Stakeholder Management: Build effective partnerships within cross functional team.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• 1+ years of Merchandising Space experience preferred
