A role with Target Brand & Category Marketingis an opportunity to create clear and compelling strategies and tactics that engage guests at every touchpoint. You will apply your detailed understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviors to build industry-leading plans that achieve Target's business objectives. You will drive brand equity and loyalty to increase Target's share of shopping trips. You connect key partners including Guest Insights, Media Strategy, Finance, Operations and creative agencies. Your Marketing expertise will support your assigned categories and campaigns to maximize relevance and competitive advantage. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external partners across functions—from merchants to vendors to industry influencers. As an AssociateMarketing Manager, Brand & Category Marketing for Style, you will help shape multi-channel marketing campaigns from the development of the marketing strategy through to campaign planning and management of execution. This role requires deep curiosity and problem-solving skills as you seek new ways to approach challenges and deliver high quality, differentiated work.You'll play an integral role collaborating with and connecting a broad range of internal teams and external partners. You'll apply your strong attention to detail and robust communication skills to work across world-class Marketing teams, including media and creative agency partners to intake priorities, synthesize ideas and put plans into action.

About you

    College degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred2+ years relevant work experience; marketing experience preferredPossess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
