Job Details

Pro Staff is partnering with a small, family-owned and operated financial services company in Edina! This company is seeking to add a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to their team on a long-term basis. Although this position does start as temporary, there is potential for permanent hire for the right fit.

This role offers 20 to 30 hours of work per week. Although there can be some flexibility, a schedule working from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday would work best. The pay rate for this opportunity is $14 – 16 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties:

  • Processing paperwork such as applicants and client requests
  • Scanning and archiving applications electronically
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reception and front desk assistance
  • Coordinating client events and meeting requests
  • Sending out client invitations
  • Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) is required
  • Minimum 2+ years prior experience working within an administrative capacity
  • Open availability to work a part-time schedule ranging between 20 – 30 hours per week
  • A pre-employment background check is required for this position
  • Ability to type minimum 40 words per minute
