In this key role, you'll be the Leader on Duty multiple times a week. You will be responsible for all sales activities and store operations—like a store manager in a small business, except you're helping run a multimillion dollar retail location. You'll spend most of your time interacting with guests and team members throughout the store, ensuring that the business is running optimally. Hourly team members and several leaders within multiple departments will rely on you for everyday operations like sales and payroll, and ongoing efforts like team member development and performance management.
Plus, the Executive Team Leader - Salesfloor oversees all sales floor activities throughout the store, as well as the guest service and merchandising activities for your departments. Your work will help deliver an amazing guest experience via team members that greet and assist guests with a welcoming attitude and exceptional store knowledge. Partner with the Logistics team to ensure the store is well stocked using proper stocking practices. Your expertise will help execute style updates in collaboration with the visual team in home, apparel and accessories and you'll train others on the proper execution of merchandising plans and visual initiatives.

- 4 year degree or equivalent experience Leadership skills and team-oriented thinkingStrong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in all situationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
