Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our Sourcing Team is responsible for executing tactical and strategic sourcing-- supporting a pyramid or pyramids to include; Exempt and Non-Exempt, Distribution Centers, Field, HQ and Campus.  In partnership with recruiters, TA leaders and hiring managers, works closely to meet hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing action plans to build a bench of talent for future openings that creates a diverse and inclusive culture at Target.  As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing to candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love.  Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. •Partners with Recruiters, TA and Hiring Managers to understand staffing and market needs
•Identifies talent through sourcing strategies including talent mapping, geographic targeting, cold calling, referrals and internal networks
•Builds a strong internal and external network to drive talent to our ATS or pipeline in our CRM
•Develops industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes
•Proactively conducts research and investigates new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
•Conducts candidate screens to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience and skills
•Presents engaged passive candidates to recruiters/hiring managers
•Measures performance through data and metrics to track candidates through the sourcing process
•Conveys competitive intelligence and trends to recruiters and hiring managers
•Ensures compliance with recruitment programs and processes
•Adheres to the Target brand promise by marketing Target as the employer of choice
•Provides a Target brand experience for candidates and client group(s)
About You

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
•0-3 years of recruiting, human resources or analytical experience
•Very strong personal standards of excellence, ethics and integrity
•Excellent written, verbal communication and attention to detail
•High level of initiative and self-motivation
•Ability to assess talent and make hiring decisions
•Strong Knowledge of hiring practices
•Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
•Ability to influence others at all levels
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision making skills
