Account Manager
Job Details
Pro Staff is seeking for an Account Manager that has excellent skills in communication, troubleshooting problems and resolving complaints for a printing company.
Pay rate:$16-$17 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm but can be flexible depending on the needs of the candidate.
Duration: Temp-to-hire
In this role you will be:
Coordinating new accounts to insure all manufacturing follows customer specifications
Determining special manufacturing needs for the account
Facilitating planning sessions with employees
Planning and storing all data required for account set up
Creating proofs and supplies to customer for approval
Approving press proofs for new accounts
Reporting to Distributor Manager
Requirements:
Must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Must be reliable
