Now hiring: a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a company in the Southwest Metro! This is a growing family owned property management company looking to add YOU to their team. In this role, you will be supporting their bookkeeping functions along with working as an office manager. Duties include:
  • Provide office support to corporate employees and property managers
  • Oversee projects
  • Bookkeeping support 
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Enter AP &AR
  • Write checks
  • Check run
  • Journal entries
  • Month end adjustments
  • Review and help manage company financials 
  • Answer phones
  • Sit at front desk and greet visitors
  • Payroll & HR (duties will come later)
Qualifications
  • Accounting experience required and good understanding of financial math (experience with financials, reconciling bank accounts, AP, AR)
  • Property Mgt experience a plus
  • Attention to detail required, common sense, responsible, sense of humor, able to get along with the family who are easy going (The president is logical, reasonable, understanding and a great boss, work hard/play hard mentality, flexibility for personal errands)
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Appfolio (property mgt software; user-friendly)
  • Looking for loyal, experienced candidate who will be committed to this company
