Job Details

Pro Staff is partnering with a manufacturing company located in Edina, Minnesota that is looking to add a Welder to their team on a direct hire basis! This position offers a schedule of 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday - Friday. The starting salary for this position is $45,000 – 60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties:

  • Set up and operation of TIG welding equipment
  • Testing and quality control of the welding process and finished products
  • Follow order documentation policies
  • Read drawings and schematics in order to support proper production
  • Conduct destructive and nondestructive testing on all finished products
  • Participate in process improvement as needed

    • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in TIG welding is required
  • Prior experience in a precision product environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges is required
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and also stand up to 6-8 hours
  • A pre-employment background check and drug screen is required
