As a Brand Manager, you will facilitate the end-to-end process of developing and maintaining owned brands under guidance of the director. You will be a part of and contribute to a cross-functional team supporting new, existing, or refreshed owned brands. Under guidance, you will be responsible for attending and facilitating cross-functional meetings, governing the timing and action, identifying risks and delays, driving accountability, and monitoring key performance indicators. Likewise, you will be accountable for conducting analysis on brand performance, which includes ongoing tracking of brand financial performance to inform action. You will maintain working knowledge of applicable government regulations and competitive category understanding. In close partnership with Subject Matter Experts and the director, you'll also manage the activation of the owned brand portfolio, which includes supporting the creation of briefs for various capabilities, such as complete packaging briefs for each Owned Brand.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About You:
  • 4 year degree
  • 4 - 6 years' experience
  • Ability to be an effective team player and manage relationships with team and key business partners
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detailed problem-solving, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
