Description: As a Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation of products in the Bakery This includes proofing (some items), baking, decorating, packaging, labeling items and maintaining an impactful presentation for the guest. You will monitor sales of products, making thoughtful adjustments to your production in order to drive profitable sales. You will maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines.
