We are seeking an experienced Welder for a company in White Bear Lake. If you have experience with stick, TIG, and MIG welding, then we may have any excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for you! This is a 1st shift schedule working Monday - Friday. The starting wage is based on experience and can range between $18-$22/hr. Essential Job Functions:
                
• Read blue prints to determine required weld locations, components and layouts
• Weld component parts as required referring to prints or product books as necessary
• Perform grinding, deburring and polishing duties required in the process of producing finished, high quality welding projects                       
• Inspect work periodically to ensure that welds are consistent with approved levels of quantity and quality established by the company                                       


Requirements:
• Must be able to complete pre-hire requirements such as background check, drug screen, and/or physical

Physical Demands:
• Lift up to 50 pounds, as needed

Education/Skills/Experience:
• Technical degree in Welding required
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills 
• Ability to read blue prints
