Human Resources Manager
FT – 8:00am -4:30pm M-F HR Manager/Office Manager role – combined role works on HR tasks and also functions as office manager, oversees front office staff. Not enough HR work for full-time so the position is supplemented with other tasks. Person must be flexible to help out where needed. Family culture – everyone helps each other out, strong longevity and retention of employees in the office. Family owned since 1971.
Other responsibilities – Payroll prep work (outside accountant does payroll). Some management of 401(k) – enter data into employee accounts. Company manages benefits but person will help with open enrollments, manage data.
Ongoing – policy writing to keep up w/ financial institutions compliance issues. Policies/regulations etc. change frequently, need good writing skills.
Casual work environment (jeans). Looking for someone that will stay the long terms. Have only had two HR people in the company history!
Candidate will need to pass pre-employment screening administered by GCAC to include comprehensive background check, drug-scree, and fingerprinting/BCA checks.
Salary range is $45 -$48K, two weeks of vacations to start, holiday pay, two PTO sick days, generous 401k plan; health insurance covered 80% by employer for individual coverage; dental insurance; life insurance and AFLAC offered.
