You'll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have an important impact on In-Store Marketing's activities. Bring your strong skills of prioritization and creative evaluation to ensure business needs are met, while driving exceptional in-store Guest experiences. As Marketing Manager, ISMPlanning, you will lead the strategy and creative concept development for seasonal businesses and cross-company initiatives for in-store marketing, guided by Target's overall strategies. You are responsible for authoring strategy briefs for key seasonal timeframes and establishing best practices to advance a best-in-class experience for our guest. You'll lead execution of initiatives with your cross-functional teams and drive process and cost efficiencies to ensure projects meet all deadlines. Key to this role is the ability to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across the organization and external partners.   • Bachelors degree in Marketing
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing or retail experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and direct cross-functional teams and advocate for Guest-focused solutions
  • Ability to manage ambiguity
