Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative
Job Details
The Minneapolis Pro Staff, in partnership with a packaging distribution company is seeking a talented Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative with experience within a call center environment dealing within a distribution center. This role is a temp to hire during regular business, Monday through Friday and paying $15-17 an hour depending on experience. This position is an exciting role for those that are interested in utilizing their previous customer service experience/up-selling abilities and building on those skills in the process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience within a call center, preferably within a distribution center or warehouse
- Familiarity of distribution channels preferred
- High School Education or GED equivalent
- Ability to effectively with clients and customers
- Working knowledge of equipment parts, packaging materials and products
- Weekly Pay
- Referral and Service Bonus's offered
