Potential raises are $17.50 within 6 months and $19.50 within 12 -14 months from starting. Overtime available if you want but not mandatory.

Duties and responsibilities for the Technical Support opportunities will include:

  • Take incoming technical service calls (will train on technical piece)
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries
  • Support inquiries include questions relating to hardware and software (will train on this)
  • Provide clear documentation
  • Research solutions to field issues by working with other departments.
  • Provide timely feedback to customers and dealers regarding solutions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of field quality issues.

Current Openings - Work from home - ****These Technical Support shifts MUST train in Minnetonka, MN on site up to 2 weeks (M-F 8:30am to 5Pm) before moving to a home based position. Must live within 60 minutes of office.

  • Tuesday – Saturday 12am to 8:30am
  • Sunday - Thursday 12am to 8:30am
  • Tuesday – Saturday 12am to 8:30am
  • Sunday to Thursday 12am to 8:30am

Ideal skills and education for the Technical Support positions:

  • Minimum 1-2 yrs. of Customer Support and/or Device Support (Not IT) experience helpful (not necessary).
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated customer focus and problem solving abilities
