HEALTH PROMOTION OUTREACH COORINATOR Position DescriptionThis position is responsible to organize the coordination of member outreach activity for UCare Health and Wellness Programs. Collaborate with internal and external agencies to implement, enhance and maintain programs for members as eligible by product.·Coordinate, implement, and track results of member outreach campaigns; campaigns may be print mail, phone, web, or provider outreach and secure data loads. Maintain daily operations of each campaign by responding to internal and external partner requests. Maintain project plans and ensure campaigns follow timeline and budget defined.·Coordinate with Purchasing and contracted mail vendor for gift card reward redemptions to send to members. Review submissions for accuracy of value for each Program and Campaign. Maintain and monitor accuracy of gift card tracking for compliance and audit records. Provide recommendations for improve program reporting accuracy for compliance and audit standards.·Coordinate Health & Wellness member outreach activity. Collaborate with Health Promotion Operations Lead to obtain accurate outreach data list criteria. Collaborate with Materials on production and Purchasing Manager on budget estimates. ·Collect and compile data to be used towards addressing the health promotion goals and compliance standards. Maintain a tracking system for department outreach activity including standard and ad-hoc reporting requests.·Collect and compile data to be used towards addressing the health promotion goals and compliance standards. Maintain Basement inventory and records with Facilities. ·Collaborate with Customer Services and Internal Partners to communicate Health Promotion program changes and benefits. Process any HUB or CSI content updates on SharePoint for Health Promotion as requested.·Assist with member outreach daily operations, eligibility concerns or processing of data and member requests as needed.·General administrative support to the Health Promotion team as needed.·Other projects and duties as assigned.EducationBA/BS preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Required ExperienceProject Coordination. Excel software proficiency. MS office suite knowledge.Preferred ExperienceAdvanced Excel software proficiency.
