Working in Learning and Development, you'll work on the systems and content with which people learn everything they need for success in their roles. From call centers and onboarding classes for systems, processes and tools, to ongoing support for new program rollouts, we are the learning champions for the entire organization.
As a Senior L&D Business Partner, Client Engagement, you will provide a broad scope of influence for the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. You will take a comprehensive approach to business problem solving, advocating learning as well as non-learning solutions. You will provide integrated learning prescriptions for your client as well, pulling together resources throughout the corporation as well as externally to achieve business outcomes.
We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong L&D partner. The exciting part of retail? It's always changing!
