HR Strategy & Operations owns many essential functions that support team members' experience of working at Target.

As a Sr. Business Partner, HR Strategy and Team Member Experience you will provide project management and communications support to a variety of projects and initiatives tied to the work of HR Strategy, Team Member Experience and Employment Brand. Assist in establishing and maintaining programs and routines that enable HR to achieve desired outcomes. 


JOB DESCRIPTION
• Contribute to the early formation of a new team and building emerging capabilities
• Provide project management, communications and logistics support
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for leadership
• Participate in external research and insight-gathering related to the HR agenda
• Participate in and support the leadership and execution of projects that drive our work forward
• Act as an ambassador for the team's programs, processes, and routines
• Stay current on HR initiatives to contribute ideas and help influence partners
• Maintain documents, lists and other digital resources

Reports to Sr. Director, HR Strategy, Employment Brand and Team Member Experience

REQUIREMENTS
• 4-year degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of transferrable experience 
• Analytical, self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong partnership skills
• Agility to manage a variety of tasks and activities in a dynamic environment
