Fueling the continued success of one of the world's most beloved and recognized brands is a distinctly capable, creative and innovative Marketing organization. Target Marketing is well known for inspiring and surprising guests, and we pride ourselves on connecting them to the products and experiences they expect and deserve from Target. We study our guests to discover new needs and insights, and then craft every interaction to build brand love. We are market experts who insist on a clear and cohesive understanding of our business objectives, guest segments and behaviors, strategies and tactics, overcoming obstacles and measuring success. Our commitment to partnering both internally and with external agencies gives us a wide range of capabilities, from award-winning creative work to exciting and unique promotional marketing. Leveraging our collective assets and fostering a healthy, supportive and open team culture, we deliver a holistically gratifying experience that guests can only get at Target.

A role with Target Promotions Marketing means that you'll be part of a team that leads Target's Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target's guests.  The team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning & development, creative, execution and production. Promotions Marketing leverages a variety of print and digital media and is responsible for Target's Weekly Ad, Digital Weekly Ad, Print Promotions, In-store Promotional Signing and Printing Services.

As an entry-level Production Artist Circular Creative, you will integrate text and graphic elements electronically to produce complete and accurate print-ready keylines, while adhering to production deadline requirements. You will manage and execute Weekly Ad content for both print and online to ensure it meets brand and style guide standards; and facilitate the creation of custom page versioning for up to 15 ad markets and as many as 56 sub markets. You will develop an understanding of overlapping production timing and action, and collaborate with key promotions marketing and merchant partners to meet multiple internal and external prepress and printer deadlines. You will act as liaison and point of contact for communications with our copy-editing partners regarding all copy and art changes requested by merchants, sales promotion marketing and creative teams; and you will work with cross-functional Weekly Ad partners in developing best practices for more efficient and effective execution processes. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
