this role you will support internal users in our suite of homegrown ad
platforms and integrations. You will be
crucial to maintaining existing relationships and fostering deeper partnerships
while supporting our core ad revenue business in an effort to improve platform
scale and reliability. As part of a growing product portfolio, it is
essential that you are a team-player and become a dependable resource within the
internal Scrum teams while working collaboratively and communicating clearly
across Target Marketing partners and platforms. This client facing role will
require you to be strategic, innovative, analytical, and professional.

- Interface with Cerebro product
partners daily, servicing user needs and providing outstanding support
experience to ensure smooth delivery of campaign obligationsLog, track, follow up on defect
requests to product teams and communication to usersFollow structured communication
workflow that is productive and helps satisfy response obligationsMaintain all partner related
information in a centralized placeDocument and track various
progresses and metrics for our demand side partners and DMP activitiesDocument, track, triage process
defects and escalation processesConduct high level analysis daily
around key ad server (DSP, SSP and Platform) health metrics to make sure
they are on par with industry and Target standardsTest new integrations end points
- settings including self-developed and third-party ad services (Ad
Manager, Campaign Manager)Perform standardized weekly tasks
to ensure integrations remain optimizedLiaison between the client and
internal teams to ensure progress for given initiativesCollaborate with our finance team
on all billing related inquiries
- BA/BS or equivalent work
experience in Ad OpsVerbal, writing and
communications skills and a superior attention to detailHighly organized,
resourceful and a self-starterAbility to multitask
in a fast-paced environmentExperience working
independently and within cross-functional teams in a collaborative,
professional environment.Strong analytical
skills
