Pro Staff is partnering with a medical device company located in Minnetonka, MN! This company is currently hiring for a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative. In this role, you would be working with accounts in order to provide support pertaining to medical devices.This position offers a 8am-4:30pm schedule or a 8:30am-5:00pm schedule. The starting pay rate range for this position is $15 - 19 depending on experience and qualifications.

- Take inbound calls from customers with questions pertaining to their order of medical devices
- Troubleshoot questions pertaining to the devices
- Take new orders from customers over the phone
- Answer questions about billing and/or shipping
- Make outbound calls to pharmacies and clinics to request supporting documentation
- Minimum 4 years in a prior customer service role, specifically in a role that required managing customer accounts
- Minimum 2 years of prior order entry experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working in the medical industry is required (strong medical terminology background)
- A pre-employment background check is required
