The Burnsville Pro Staff office has an internal opening for an Entry-Level Talent Specialist! This is a temporary position going through the end of June, working in a close-knit team environment, with fast-paced work and has potential for opportunity to grow! Candidates who typically succeed in this role are team-oriented, with great communication skills and a fun personality. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to start a career with a good company, but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply as well. 

Talent Specialist Job responsibilities include:

  • Screens and qualifies all web applications
  • Interviews applicants, develops candidate profiles, and communicates employee expectations to Recruiters
  • Writes and manages all job postings
  • Data entry, filing, and document management to maintain personnel files
  • Administrative tasks as assigned
  • Answering phones, serving as a liaison with employees and associates
  • Participates in Recruitment/Job Fairs

    • This position is on a regular business hours schedule, but flexibility is required to meet office objectives.

    Pay rate: $16/hour

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred
