We currently have an opening for a Machine Operator on 3rd shift in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Our client is a top provider and industry leader in full service stamping and fabrication of metal components. This position is open to everyone, no experience needed. This is a great starting position for anyone that is willing to learn and would like to try a new industry.

Responsibilities:

Operate, load and adjust punch press machines at or above established standard rate while maintaining quality standard of parts. Performs inspections of various parts using varied measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges, digital comparator, etc. Reports faulty machine operation or faulty parts to supervisor/lead person/QC Dept. Requirements:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds individually; or up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must be able to pass the large press physical assessment.
