Pro Staff is currently looking for a highly organized Events Coordinator for a non-profit organization located in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is direct hire and a great opportunity to work in an environment that is mission driven, results-oriented, and community focused. Events Coordinator candidates with experience working for a non-profit organization are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $55K-60K depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Administrative Support team to identify expectations for events
  • Provide support to identify and coordinate vendors, presenters, locations and travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain event calendar
  • Develop relationships with vendors to establish key partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts as necessary
  • Work closely with managers to keep them informed of upcoming commitments
    • Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with different aspects of event planning including logistics, catering and visual presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, prefer experience with SharePoint and Concur
  • Experience setting up presentations and operating Audio Visual systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
