SECRETARIES
(7 temporary summer worker secretarial positions available for summer school.)
DATES: June 17 - July 19, Monday thru Friday, 3.75 hours per day, plus up tp 16 additional hours as needed by the Summer Building Leader which include summer school set up day on June 13. (no school week of July 4)
TRAINING: Elementary and Secondary Summer Secretary Synergy Training will be held on a date to be determined at the ESC Staff Development Center. (Current AH secretary staff will be paid overtime for attending the training.)
SITES & SECRETARY HOURS: (Specific hours subject to change as determined by the Summer Building Leader.)
ESY sites: Andover Elementary, Adams, Johnsville, Oxbow Creek, Blaine High, River Trail Learning Center, and Bridges
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering phones; clerical support; attendance; contacting parents, photocopying; staff support, and other duties as assigned by Summer Building Leader.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and public relation skills; knowledge of Synergy system preferred.
SPECIAL NOTES: Indicate location and program preference on the Summer Program page of the A-H online application.
RATE OF PAY: New Hires $13.46/hour.; Current Secretaries accepting summer school secretarial employment shall be paid at their regular rate through their summer assignment. "Regular Hourly Rate" shall not include stipends for certificates. Summer employment does not affect eligibility for insurance, vacation, sick leave, or any other benefit. Assignments will be made based on students needs. There is no sick leave or vacation for summer staff.
ACTIVE CASUAL HOURS AS NEEDED BASED ON ENROLLMENT.
POSITIONS MAY BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY. Applications will be accepted until all positions have been filled.
