Then take your place on one of our Properties teams, and help us make the most of Target's physical assets across the U.S.Target is looking for an Associate Project Manager interested to join us in Construction. In these roles you will work as both a Project Manager and Owners Site Representative and will be working at the cutting edge of one of the most robust construction teams in the industry. You'll be hands-on as you manger projects ranging from large program rollouts to new store/ground-up construction. At Target, you'll have the opportunity to develop properties that bring the Target experience to every state in America. This role ensures timely project management execution, manages timely project standards and meets the budget and scope criteria planned for each project. Communicates with Property Development and Store Operations Teams to ensure project deliverables are met according to the project plan.Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Experience and interest in construction project management
  • Ability to interpret engineering documents, evaluate construction estimates, and prepare required construction reports, schedules, and other documents.
  • Ability to implement new processes for improved productivity for field personnel
  • Knowledge of construction processes, best practices and industry standards
  • Can travel as needed
  • Enjoy collaborating in a team environment and possess strong communication skills
