Jackson, MN. Lead AGCO Major Product Introduction
Process projects for assigned products. Assist Manufacturing & Design engineering during pilot runs of prototype units to determine undocumented quality requirements &/or test procedures that should be added to quality. Manage & own RF improvement process on current product maintenance & NPI activities. Develop quality requirements using inspection sheets & engineering documents. MS in Manufacturing Engineering
required. Must also have 2 yrs exp (i) managing NPI projects in Off-Road OEM, & (ii) using statistical tools (ex: Pareto analysis, SPC analysis, Run Charts) to analyze data, generate business reports, & create prioritized list of needs/trends to drive resolution.
