Receptionist Role:

  • Answer incoming calls, screen calls, and take messages as necessary.
  • Greet and direct visitors when they arrive.
  • Maintain accurate records of sign-in for visitors.
  • Notify employees when their visitor arrives; take messages or information as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed including filing, distributing and sending faxes, coordinating office machine maintenance, and running local errands as requested.
  • Daily sort all incoming company mail and packages and distribute as necessary.
  • Prepare outgoing mail.
  • Prepare all pick-ups and necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments.

Ideal Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
