Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking motivated individuals, who are great problem solvers to fill multiple customer service roles we have available.
- Contract to hire
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Listening to the customers concerns and determine how to assist them.
- Problem solving to determine the best course of action.
- Amazing communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail.
- Capability (and desire) to learn our products and services, and relate them to our customers’ needs.
- Comfortable using computers.
- High school diploma or equivalent
