Responsibilities:

1. Direct customer line for service parts requests
2. Determine part numbers per customer requests
3. Place orders, determine availability and delivery date expectations
4. Communicate availability and delivery expectations

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in customer service environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
• SAP experience a plus
