A role with Target Media Network (TMN) is an opportunity to represent the company in the sales of digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market. Focus for this role will be on campaign set-up and analysis, including execution, testing, delivery, QA, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with account management to ensure proper creative execution and alignment to media and business strategy and objective. You will work closely with peers in Target India to traffic and QA all onsite and external media.

As a Senior TMN Media Operations Analyst, you'll execute marketing strategies in partnership with some of the world's most recognized brands. Working holistically at both the account and brand level, you will lead activation and analytics of digital media campaigns, including managing traffic, optimization, and reporting site and third party served campaigns. As these opportunities are identified, you will manage the end-to-end launch and reporting processes, including reviewing and being accountable for new media and reporting plans before trafficking, partnering with account management teams to understand and adhere to various media and creative specs across channels; tagging and troubleshooting digital media plans through use of third party ad server, and proprietary products; managing issue escalation processes; providing optimization strategies holistically across the campaign channels based on unique campaign objectives; and ensuring plans and execution will provide end of campaign reporting accurately, efficiently and effectively. As a critical thought partner internally, you will be relied upon to be a data and reporting expert supporting merchandising and marketing priorities for your assigned category. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Media Operations and Analytics. About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and know what to do with the information
• In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace and advanced targeting tactics, data management platforms and tag management solutions.
• Experience with ad servers, DFP, DCM, Sizmek, etc. and order management tools, Prisma, Operative
• Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
