Office Assistant
Job Details
The Minneapolis Pro Staff, in partnership with a local engineering firm is searching for an experienced Office Assistant. This role would be a primary contact for all visitors inside of the firm, transferring incoming calls, complete various administrative projects, order office supplies and working in Microsoft Excel. This position is temp to hire paying $15/hour during regular business hours.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience as a Receptionists, Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- 2+ years' experience with intermediate Microsoft Excel applications
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Weekly Pay
