Now Hiring: Senior Credit & Collections Rep for a company just outside of Shoreview! This is a 3 month contract with the potential of hire. The ideal candidate will have held previous Credit & Collections titles and looking to enhance their existing skills.  

Duties include:

• Perform collections on customer accounts
• Resolve short payments, disputes, and billing issues
• Review credit held orders & provide credit extension recommendations
• Review bankruptcy notifications and file proof claims as necessary
• Perform aging analyses & work with supervisor on establishing monthly/quarterly goals pertaining to DSO, Cash Collections & Account Reviews
• Assist with projects as required including gathering information, data analysis, and working with people at all levels in the organization
• Respond to email and phone requests in a timely manner
• …and other duties as determined by the company

Requirements:

• Proven credit and collection experience
• SAP experience preferred, not required
• Business/Financial acumen 
• Ability to learn multiple systems and process variations
• Strong written and verbal communication 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Time management, deadline driven, multitasking all a must
