SR. IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Arden Hills, MN. Land O' Lakes, Inc. is a global agri-food products business employing approximately 9,000 employees. This full-time position develops and delivers process and system solutions across manufacturing and distribution functions; generates functional requirements and system design specifications ensuring solution meets business goals and objectives; facilitates architecting processes, configuration and testing using JD Edwards, robotics process automation and other technologies; trains end-users; drives change management; participates in the transition to support (inclusive of creating all required documentation – test scripts, training guides, SODs, etc.); organizes engineering of processes and business project work efforts, e.g. determining required activities and time estimates and monitoring progress towards plan; guides business partners through the execution and delivery of IT projects – inclusive of requirement gathering, solution identification, and validation of delivered product (follows prescribed SDLC methodology, and change management processes).

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field, or an equivalent foreign degree, plus 5 years of progressive IT employment experience. This experience must be with Business re-engineering using JD Edwards Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Integrations (Xe and 8.12 or higher), Manufacturing Planning and Interfaces, Business Processes (Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Planning), JD Edwards configuration & setups, Database (SQL Query), System Integration and Project Management, IT best practices (SDLC or ITIL), Agile, and Waterfall Software Development Methodologies.
