Now hiring: a Financial Analyst for a construction company in the Saint Cloud area. 

Responsibilities 

• Interpret data and provide recommendations on how to reduce costs and improve the company’s financial performance 
• Transform business data into useful and effective information by using strong analytical skills 
• Responsible for leading financial budgeting and forecasting
• Develop and maintain cash flow and balance sheet projections
• Create, maintain, and instruct on the business intelligence (BI) dashboards while acting as the company expert 
• Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve efficiency while reducing waste 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field. 
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong skills in: multitasking, problem solving, prioritizing, organizing, accuracy, being a self-starter, and working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ERP software experience as a plus
• Experience with software for budgeting, forecasting, BI Dashboards
