Description: As a Flow Team Leader at Target, you are responsible for leading team members in the efficient and accurate truck unloading and stocking processes for all product in a Target store. Grow sales and in-stocks by leading a team that unloads trailers in the correct sequence, pushes and stocks merchandise with efficiency and accuracy and follows merchandising guidelines. Assess, recommend and retain top talent at the hourly team member level and proactively communicate staffing and scheduling needs to the HR team. Stay current on your store's financial, team and operational performance; identify the root cause of problems and take action to achieve performance goals.
