Pro Staff is currently looking for General Laborers and Machine Operators on 3^rd shift for a quality manufacturer of flush door components in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Come work for a company that believes employees are their most important asset. Once hired on, they offer excellent benefits. In this role you will operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery (laminating and sanding equipment). Hours are 10:00pm to 6:15am Sun-Thurs, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

Setup and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery (laminating and sanding equipment).

Handles, feeds, inspects and packages raw and finished wood parts.

Uses computers and computerized equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required.

Reliable and punctual to work scheduled shifts, and maintain good attendance.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and use computerized equipment.

Able to read measuring devices and tools, and read and follow instructions.

Must be able to stand or walk continuously for extended periods of time.
