People Incorporated Mental Health Services is searching for a Program Manager.
The Program Manager leads a program team and oversees budget, licensing and compliance requirements. Duties may include:
- Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients
- Overseeing client development plans and supporting progress toward goals
- Hiring and training program staff
- Managing team performance and schedules
- Understanding program budgets managing to the budget
- Ensuring that all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior science
- Two years (4,000 hours) experience in human services
- Two years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavior science
- Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
- Supervisory experience in the mental health services arena
