People Incorporated Mental Health Services is searching for a Program Manager.

The Program Manager leads a program team and oversees budget, licensing and compliance requirements. Duties may include:

• Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients
• Overseeing client development plans and supporting progress toward goals
• Hiring and training program staff
• Managing team performance and schedules
• Understanding program budgets managing to the budget
• Ensuring that all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in behavior science
• Two years (4,000 hours) experience in human services
• Two years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavior science
• Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
• Supervisory experience in the mental health services arena
