Gray Plant Mooty, a prominent national law firm, currently has a legal administrative assistant opportunity available.  This position will assist attorneys at the Minneapolis location in corporate law.  Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of legal administrative experience with proven success in a team environment.  Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have superior organizational abilities, pay attention to detail, be proactive in nature, and have exceptional technology skills. The Legal Administrative Assistant will work closely with the attorneys on providing exceptional client service.  The Legal Administrative Assistant will proactively manage and maintain the attorneys’ calendar and provide general administrative tasks as needed and keep attorneys well informed of commitments and responsibilities.
