You'll deliver objective and financially-focused insights to the business owners and finance leaders. You will be a critically important resource for long-term and annual financial planning, analysis and drive cross-company initiatives. As a Sr. Manager, FP&A, Stores Finance, you are responsible for providing financial support for the Store Experience team. In this role, you will work alongside partners across Store Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and other areas of the companies to bring new merchandising strategies to life and ensure the continued optimization of existing strategies. In addition, you will look at the way Target introduces newness into stores and work with a cross-function team to ensure newness occurs through a value lens. Support will includes expense management, business case analysis, capital planning, and resource allocation. About you:

- 6-9 years finance and business experience
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude, with team-oriented focus
- Credible thought leader
- Ability to communicate with and educate senior level leaders
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where you are managing multiple requests and projects for a variety of leaders
