Description: The primary function of this position is to instruct students in a classroom setting to obtain their Class-A CDL.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain curriculum standards in accordance with PTDI standards.
• Guide and inform students on what is required to take the Commercial Driver's License exam and ensure they possess the skills needed to pass the exam and be prepared to enter field.
• Prepare classroom and driving range for necessary activities.
• Instruct students in classroom setting and evaluate their performance and provide feedback while coaching students as needed in areas of weakness.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
• Schedules exams with the DMV for CDL road tests.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional weekend hours as needed

Pay: Competitive market rate, DOE
