SECRETARY
One temporary summer secretarial/clerical position available.
DATES & SUMMER HOURS: Program Set-up: February - May; up to 72 hours; Program On-Site: June - August; up to 108 hours; Start dates will vary according to program needs. (no school week of July 4)
SITE: Oak View Middle
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general clerical support for the Community Education summer program including, but not limited to, public contact, data entry, filing, written communication, flyers, and brochures. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. Good communication and public relation skills. Computer experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: rSchool experience.
RATE OF PAY: New Hires $13.46/hour.; Current Secretaries accepting summer school secretarial employment shall be paid at their regular rate through their summer assignment. "Regular Hourly Rate" shall not include stipends for certificates. Summer employment does not affect eligibility for insurance, vacation, sick leave, or any other benefit. Assignments will be made based on students needs. There is no sick leave or vacation for summer staff.
