Under general supervision, oversees the overall management of Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) properties including tenant relations, lease enforcements, and monthly reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree from an accredited college in property management, business administration or related field and three (3) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions

OR

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Housing, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field and one (1) year of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions

OR

A combination of education and experience equivalent of five (5) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions
