A role within Corporate Security means maintaining the physical security of our team members and property at our various facilities and locations. Here, you may support Target's crisis operations and continuity planning that provides guidance and procedures in the event of emergencies such as catastrophic weather.

As part of the Global Crisis Management (GCM) team, lead a team of non-exempt team members to execute Target's Corporate Command Center (C3) daily operations.Focus includes the ongoing assessment, enhancement and modernization of C3 operational capabilities and practices to meet the challenges of an evolving threat landscape.Lead C3 integration with the India Security Operation Center (ISOC) to ensure consistent monitoring, response and escalation processes.Provide crisis leadership as part of the HQ Incident Leader on-call rotation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of C3 Senior Technicians and Lead Specialists in the execution of daily operations, including information collection and management; analysis and fusion; communication and dissemination; ensuring operational readiness through training and exercising; and incident response, escalation, and crisis management.As part of the GCM leadership team, develop strategy and lead enabling actions for aspects of the GCM program that drive daily operations and in support of overall Corporate Security strategy.Develop an understanding of operational risks and drive processes to minimize these risks through a continuous cycle of assessment, enhancement and modernization of C3 operational capabilities and practices.Support the the integration of C3 processes and capabilities with Target India's ISOC by partnering, educating, and developing routines for information sharing and alignment across all common aspects of operations.Develop and maintain an expertise in Target's crisis response elements and processes.Develop and maintain partnerships with Target team members, leaders, and external partners in support of GCM strategy.Manage individual and team performance to consistently meet or exceed performance standards and increase team knowledge, skills, diversity and engagement.Serve on the on-call rotation for HQ Incident Leader.Actively participate in a culture of trust, accountability, open communication, teamwork, and personal development.Other duties as assigned.
