Job Details

Now hiring: Accounting Assistant for a small and growing construction company in Burnsville. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to wear many hats and help out wherever needed. 

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Input invoices into accounting software 
  • Send invoices to customers
  • Assist with billing and collections
  • Help with project set up
  • Secure certificates of insurance
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Other various duties as assigned

Currently the above duties are being completed by the project managers. Hiring YOU would relieve these individuals of these duties and allow them to redirect their focus on growing the business. Experience in the construction industry preferred, not required.
