Job Details

Hunter Hamilton is partnering with an organization in the Bloomington, MN area seeking a Collections Specialist for a three month contract. These are not the uncomfortable kind of that people tend to think. If you enjoy a fast paced environment and are available immediately, APPLY NOW!

Responsibilities:
--Collecting receivables from customers - calling to see if invoice has been received and following up to ensure payment has been sent/made 
--May be challenging to identify the correct customer contact and navigate the new ERP system conversion

Qualifications:
--Required:  Microsoft Office proficiency, previous collections experience, good customer/people skills 
--Required: SAP experience, good written and verbal communication skills,
--Preferred: manufacturing industry experience
--Exciting opportunity in collections without the stress of bankruptcy or other difficult circumstances
