A growing leader in the garage door industry located in Eden Prairie, MN is now hiring for a dedicated, skilled and caring Customer Support Representative! The Representative will develop relationships with specific dealers and become their main point of contact. Seeking individuals with experience in a manufacturing or construction environment who are mechanically inclined; it will be required to provide parts estimates to clients and occasionally go into the warehouse. Ideal candidates will be looking for a long term career, as there will be opportunity for advancement within the company! Pay: $17-20/hour based on experience

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday; must be open to overtime

Qualifications:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in construction or manufacturing industry highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong multitasker and unwavering under pressure
• 4 year business degree preferred
